We start the new year and the team grows!

We are starting the year full of energy and celebrating the arrival of 1 more person in the Madrid hub. It will be a year full of challenges that we will face with energy, commitment and responsibility, with a brave, prepared and exceptional team, both professionally and in human quality. Let's do it!

There are already 4 of us and we hope that the family will continue to grow throughout this 2025.

Ana García Castro, our CEO; Iñigo Cadierno, Business Development Manager; Antonio Martínez, Account Manager; and our latest addition, Germán Alvarado, as Senior Account Manager.

We started less than a year ago with a common goal: to make EscalaX a safe and reliable company in the programmatic environment, and a place where we can work hard but grow professionally while having fun.
